My Mother's Day Present....

What a great Mother's Day l had. We started the day out by going for breakfast with friends to a restaurant in town. Very YUMMY, and the kids had fun and us mothers had no DISHES. Then we came home and AG built me my new front garden. In the pictures it is the one to the far left with the Dwart Alberta Spruce in it. Love it. It looks great. The pictures don't give my gardens justice yet. They are all coming along so nicely. Can't wait till everything starts blooming.
I also got my cell phone and a nice bottle of ice wine. Thank you honey. But my favorite thing of all was the plastic heart ring that Alyssa picked out for me as well as the beautiful card she made. Into my keepsake box it goes.
Everything was great and then..............Dylan got sick. And l mean sick. Everywhere all day all night. Plus a big fever. Happy Mother's Day to me. This is what a MOther is all about. Stripping the bed sheets in the middle of the night. And sleeping one open knowing that your little one isn't well. Not to sure whats wrong with the little guy. AG and l were up with him all night. Hopefully it is one of those 24 hour things.
All in all a great day. Thank you to my kids and my hubby for making it so special. I love you all, and l truly love being a mommy. Happy Mother's Day to all you Mommy's!
